They charge you a copayment for an office visit to test you for Covid. You don’t even go pass the waiting room to get the test done and the doctor only sees you to listen to your lungs real quick. After we got the test done they had us wait in our car for over an hour and a half to check out, which was them charging for the copay that we didn’t know about. I was extremely impressed that I called a little after 9 am to schedule an appointment and by 9:30 I had already spoken to a doctor via telemedicine and had my prescription sent in. They are super efficient and sweet!
My Husband cut his leg out in the yard and we could not get it to stop bleeding....we went to the Paramount Urgent Care in Windermere and they took him right back while I filled out the paper work.....10 stitches and a tetanus shot later we were on our way! I would recommend Paramount in Windermere to everyone!

Going to urgent care is never a "fun" experience, but everyone at Paramount Urgent Care I came into contact with was caring and understanding. It was very refreshing, as a lot of Urgent care employees seem to be annoyed or stressed. Things moved very efficiently, even though there were a good amount of patients to be seen. I have been in severe pain for the past few days with a terrible onset of gout, so at the suggestion of my friend @TeashaWrobleski, I went to Paramount Urgent Care for some much needed medical attention. The staff was very professional and the customer service was outstanding. While the waiting room was full when I arrived, things moved very quickly, I was seen within 15 minutes and headed home within the hour. I would highly recommend Paramount and thank them for the the TLC today.
