Elevators are horrendous and paramount refuses to fix. Case in point , you can wait up to 15 minutes for the elevator

I am currently living here and have complained about my neighbor’s loud music and video game playing. Very annoying specially when I need to sleep. I have spoken with other neighbors on the same floor with no results from our current administration. Maybe there’s some sort of preferential treatment I am not aware of. I cannot believe that a person that has amounted so many complaints and civil penalties still lives in this community. Definitely my last year in this building. Not renewing my lease that’s for sure!!!
This complex will squeeze every penny they can out of you. They lost my move out notice and are charging me almost $2000! If that doesn’t turn you away, only one (if any) of the four elevators is ever working. They decided to implement a new parking policy my last few months there. They put a giant notice of towing sticker on my window while I was parked in my assigned parking spot (that I PAY for!). The management is poor and no one is willing to work with you. Elevator situation is awful! Takes 15 minutes to get from the 12th floor to the parking garage! Hot tub has worked maybe one week out of the 3 months I've lived here. Building is in disrepair and it will not get better until renovation is done. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. BTW: they did not pay my Realtors commission.
I love the location and my beautiful apartment
The worst elevator system known to mankind. At least one if not all Elevators breakdown daily. You as a renter are inconvenient nonstop.This is a known issue and they continue to waste renters money on pointless lobby furniture and exterior painting. Don’t move here.
