Horrible customer service!!! – I got a quick quote online, and it was really good, so I booked it. But then I get a call from a customer service person, Mikaella, and she tells me that the "real" price (with fees) would be actually double the quote. Great experience in L.A& Hollywood with Param limo Hummer H2 – I had over couple friends from Europe visiting me last week and we wanted to enjoy night in Hollywood style. I rely on them ( "P. L" ) all the time – Paramount limousine has provided reliable limo service and luxurious transportation for my family and staff for over 10 years. My travels normally require early morning departures and late evening arrivals and my residence is far outside city limits. I can always rely on Paramount to get me to the airport on time, and be waiting for me upon my return flight arrivals. They really made my day, I'll suggest it to all my friends – I had an amazing experience with Paramount Limousine. In search of my Prom Limousine I had called all around Los Angeles to find a nice limousine for a good price. Paramount Limo representative was extremely nice, helpful and was able to give me a good deal. I really like this Paramount Limosine – I really like this Paramount Limousine. Everything is great about them. The driver was on time. Car was clean, and the driver was very nice. The price was very comparable with some of the other ones. They gave me an option of tipping my driver, which was a good idea. So stressful. – For my prom, my friends and I rented one of their H2 limos. The original price we were supposed to pay was about $960 for 7 hours-- but we discovered that though the customer service rep told us many things, the majority of them were incorrect. "Misunderstandings," they told us. These "misunderstandings" were not in our favor-- a large group of high school kids, the majority of which don't have jobs, and the company attempted to rip us off by charging extra "garage-to-garage" time fees. Wonderful limo experience – They weren't joking when they gave this place 5 stars! They do know what they are doing: driver was 15 minutes earlier, professional and courteous making sure we were comfortable all the time.
