Great roundtrip price. – Incredible! I booked an online reservation and was so swamped before I left, that it wasn't until I was up in the air on my flight that I realized I NEVER CALLED TO CONFIRM! Ah! My reservation could be lost in cyber space! Even worse when I landed my phone wouldn't turn on... thankfully... there he was! Sooo much better than taxi – SOOOO much better than a taxi - and so much cheaper. I have been using them for so long now and every time I fly in to LA they've always been speedy & friendly. We've never once had to wait more than about 5 min for them to arrive @ the airport!!! All our drivers have been very professional and polite, as well as girls at the office!!! Best deal in town.
Job well done – The service is everything....which is why I selected Paramount in first place! The contact was followed up on quickly, all my questions were answered. They called me when I landed at LAX, smoothly picked me up and took me home. The driver was courteous and efficient and Sean followed up personally both to confirm I was satisfied and also quickly handled a billing goof up. I would highly recommend this transport service - made the end of a long travel day wonderfully relaxing and stress free!
Big family wedding – Indeed, ParamountLimoSvs provides a great service, speaking from my "extra-large" family experience. Our big group stayed in LA for a wedding in Bel Air, and we needed transportation from our hotel to the wedding, rehearsal dinner, and sights seeings over the course of three days. Simply perfect! – I looked everywhere in search for a limousine service for my best friend's 30th birthday. I contacted a few services and Paramount had not only had best prices in town, but also the most professional and inviting customer service people.
