Disappointed in service – I recently used this company to help make my husband's birthday a special day. I specifically ordered one of their L-Series limousines in black (basically a regular Lincoln with some extra leg room). Since it was just the two of us, I didn't want anything bigger...it just seemed silly. The day before our event I called and confirmed the reservation.
