I dropped a ring off nearly a month ago, was given a price, and told it would be ready in 2 weeks. 4 weeks pass without any communication and associates not being able to find or track the ring. Turns out, the ring was sent back from the jeweler, without being fixed because it was going to cost double what I was told. No one called me to confirm or anything.
