Friendly fitness club that caters for all levels. We have over 25 group sessions per week and have been operating for 23 years. We are unique in the way we run our training sessions as they are always different. We have a variety of training programs, that are blended together in the same session (Hybrid training) H.I.I.T etc. We also run strength and conditioning training classes that cater for all levels.

Paramount is the best gym ever and I don't even like exercise!! It's totally addictive - amazing classes, such great members, very funny instructors who really push you to train hard .... am so much fitter than I was before I joined. Every class is different and the music isn't bad either. 5 stars!
Brent, Reece & Caz have created such a great community gym! So welcoming, catering to all levels and abilities. The energy is high even at 6am classes, and I love their focus on functional fitness. Their support of community groups & organisations is also amazing, and I love seeing how many members have been there since day 1 - a testament to the culture of Paramount.

I have tried everywhere but couldn't find a Gym like this one. I absolutely love the people, the culture, variety of fitness levels and great location. There are variety of classes available throughout the week and the weekends.
