Thanksgiving dinner was amazing Great service (Kara) our server was fabulous

5 stars! Very creative menu! The Rosemary and Gouda Cheese Fondue is to die for; the American Shrimp saute is very fresh and delightful; the warm Maple and Pine Nut tart was deceptively light and flavorful. Very attentive wait staff, but not instrusive.
Had a fantastic dinner with my wife, we both enjoyed our meals very much. Service was great and desserts were delicious. She had a pasta and vegetable dish and cheese cake, I had salom and chocolate mousse, both were wonderful. This may be our new number one favorite place when we dine in Gainesville from now on.
Food was perfection. Atmosphere first rate. Gary was our server and he was everything. When we go back we will ask for him for sure. Thanks for a wonderful anniversary!
My mom and I had Thanksgiving dinner at Paramount. It was delicious! The service is five stars!
