Nice little shop with good iced tea
One of my preferred place for Breakfast in LA. We go there regularly to buy also coffee. Great place.

Fabulous. The only cafe culture we came across in L.A. GOOD coffee served in a proper china cup with a real teaspoon and lots of inviting seating options inside and out. Awesome menu. So different from the bland bucket size disposable cups with equally disposable stirrers and zero seating offered by the competition - not naming any names - cough - Starstucks....
