Talked me into buying same number I already had but said they have 5 year warranty 2 years later bumper rusted rotted and no answer or reply from this shady company.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I attempted to get replacement L.E.D. for a grill that was installed on my truck. The customer "service" agent took LITERALLY 30 min to respond to my request. 30 min! Guess thus company only wants someone's money 1 time WITHOUT a shot at REPEAT or REFERRAL business. Why buy from PARAMOUNT AUTOMOTIVE when WALMART would treat you better, which says a lot. Also NOTICE how many 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews. My money says all the 5 star reviews come from friends and family.

Horrible company to deal with. Ordered a bumper kit through Quadratec, and one of the parts in the package (that is shipped directly from Paramount) was the wrong part. After multiple calls through Quadratec, Paramount still has not shipped the correct part (10 MONTHS LATER!!) Tried calling Paramount, but their contact phone numbers come back as 'non-working numbers.' These people do not care about their customers. Once they have your money, they are done with you. I only put 1 star because it wouldn't accept 0 stars.
Big regret. I spent more time drilling and trimming this bumper to work than I would have welding it up myself.
