🤮🤮🤮 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They’re a bunch of clowns The most terrible experience with paramed. From the management all the way down to the staff that is supposed to look after your loved ones, are bunch of heartless people and if you try to raise a concern, you’re told to either put up or shut up in a subliminal manner. We got so tired of trying to make things better that we ended up quitting with them and now we are with a much better company that looks after our family member way more compassionately.
weekends can be a problem, I live in a retirement home and sometimes no one shows up.....this is an essential service and we need a psw here on Saturday and Sunday evenings there are about 27 people needing this service and we would like to see some stability........Thank You
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE MANY OTHER NURSING AGENCIES MUCH BETTER. FROM RECEPTION TO MANAGEMENT TO FIELD STAFF, ALL ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!
The entire stff at Paramed from the lady that claims that only work the weekends named Joyce is very manipulative and has her favorites. Essentially, they tell you subliminally to put up or shut up.
Don’t use this company at any cost!!! This organization is very disorganized and couldn’t care less for your well being. They are always late and don’t even tell you ahead of time. Sometimes they don’t even show up. Receptionist name Joyce is very rude and yells at you, if you raise a concern.
