I can't thank the wonderful team at Paramed enough. The kindness that they show my Dad is truly comforting. Thank you to the AMAZING team who assist him every day.
Terrible. Absolutley shockingly terrible. They show up when they want. Sometimes they call, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they sit in their car our front and come in late. Sometimes they don't. A outlet unreliable. And the males that work for them? The absolute worst of the worst. They have a couple of good workers, but by comparison vs Bayshore ? No chance. Bayshore arrives everyday l, even during storms.
Very poorly trained PSWs. Of course there are some who are good but most lack empathy.
