I brought my 81 year-old friend in today to have his catheter removed. He was seen by the nurse Fred. This nurse was amazing! He went up and above what he was supposed to do. I’ve heard some horror stories about Parmamed, however, this nurse Fred was exceptional. Thank you Fred

I think I met a racist PSW today. The thing is, we are usually at home, so each PSW caregiver basically has simple tasks. So we asked her to help my father to walk and do some basic activities on the chair. The PSW refused, saying that she could not touch the elderly's body. I didn't think there was anything wrong at first, because there was no need to touch the body at all .
