This Specific location of the agency in Delavan Wisconsin. Favors illegal Residences to employ over US born citizens. Main agent in charge that shows favoritism is the Agent Luz. As opposed to matching applicants regardless of prejudices! This is becoming well known throughout the Walworth area. Because many have been turned away from jibs matching their skills. I will never recommend this agency!

The staff at the Parallel Agency in Delavan are very friendly and professional. I was very fortunate that Crystal was able to place me at an Office job as an Administrative Offive Assistant within the first day of calling her. I enjoy working for Parallel and would highly recommend it.

I went there to get help finding a job, and after the orientation & interview I was told someone would call me. No one ever called, so I followed up. I was told they were reviewing my resume & they would be in contact with me. If they didn’t have any work that fit my criteria they should have just said so...don’t tell someone you will call them & not call. Don’t tell someone you will put their resume out there to employers & not do it. It has now been months & I have still yet to hear from anyone!!!
