We requested carpet cleaning with the odorizer to clean our carpets prior to a move. We have animals and had a new puppy, so we needed to make sure the pet smells were out. It wasn't terribly bad, but I wanted to make sure they were clean. When they cleaned them at first, they smelled good. Parallel has been our carpet guy for the last couple of years & has been so reliable and fast at what they do. They have ALWAYS came next day after calling or even the same day! The carpet always smells and looks amazing after they leave, like it’s brand new. Gustavo is always very nice and a hard worker. I highly recommend this company!
