We have a new manager here (Esmael Smiley Rendon) and he is doing a good job! The security system has been restored and he is easy to deal with and responsive. The inner courtyard is quaint and well landscaped, the apartments are large and the location is good for accessing local businesses, schools, parks and transportation.

Esmael is a great landlord! Very responsive and detailed in his communication and also very inclusive with the maintenance work onsite. You can tell he takes pride in his property. They also keep the property well groomed and have been doing great work keeping up with the cleanliness of the building/outside areas. I will always be grateful for the opportunity to lease here.
