The worst internet experience in my life and pay so much. Every day between 7pm and 8pm. My whole house loses internet! I pay way too much for that to happen!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible! Will definitely be switching ASAP! Do not use

We lost WiFi right before the recent snow storm and Harrison came out and spent several hours to help restore it. I work from home so having internet was super important. Marshall came to help Harrison and they were able to get our internet working that night. It was super cold outside and they worked hard to get the job done. I am so thankful for their help and appreciate their hard work! Great service!!
They are the nicest, kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are one of the best perks of living in Paragould. Always helpful and quick to work on a problem. Services and customer service are top notch.
