My siblings and I are out of state and ordered 3 arrangements for gravesites and we’re disappointed in the differences of the arrangements and sizes. When trying to resolve the issue we were treated very differently than when the order was placed. A total of $203 and they were not willing to make adjustments to correct the issue. They make the most beautiful bouquets of any flower shop around.
Called and ask for rose petals the guy told me they dont have them ! Wth kind of flower shop doesnt have rose petals. I have shopped here quite frequently after his smartass attitude i will not be back.
