Won't fix anything. Heat went out during cold front. Didn't fix until after cold front was over. Now toilet drain keeps backing up and won't fix properly, nor in a timely manner. They lie about everything. Manager is suppose to be on property 2-3 days a week. I personnally observed this is not happening. Watched maintence request being submitted and then they say they weren't.
