great job guys – and so i found myself locked out of my apartment. key got jammed in the lock. paragon's technician came by very fast, i think something like 20 minutes. the technician was very quick to open the door and replaced the cylinder very professionally. (i think). any ways, he did a great job. not that expensive to, at least not as expensive as one would imagine for a 2 am emergency service. so thank you paragon, i am pretty sure we will be doing more business in the future.

Thank you for helping me sleep better – I had a brake in to my apartment a couple of weeks ago. the burglars forced the door in and broke it straight off the hinges. I called paragon locksmith to fix my door but as I was speaking to their sales representative he mentioned that they also do security systems. Since I was already devastated from the brake in (you have no idea how vulnerable it can make you feel until it happens to you.) My new best friends - Paragon Security and Locksmith – I haven't wrote one of these for a really long time, but Paragon's service impressed me so much that I just had to write a comment and let everyone know. Fast, affordable, and professional – Its been a while since I replaced the front door cylinder in my building and some of my tenants started complaining about struggling with it. I called Paragon for a quote for 30 keys and a new cylinder and they responded quickly. I have to say, I was surprised, I was pretty sure it would cost much more then what they asked for, and being suspicious as I am I thought to myself "Wheres the catch?" Two thumbs up – I needed a new security and intercom system for my building so I asked for a number of estimates from different companies. Paragon's was not the cheapest estimate but the technicians that came over to make the estimate made me feel very comfortable with deciding on them. The entire installation process was very pleasant and professional. My paragon experience – After talking to a few other companies about my security system I called Paragon and something told me I should do the job with them. they sent someone over to give me a free estimate (it was really free, unlike those people that tell you its free and then charge you), it took me a week to give them a green a light but finally I did. They did an amazing and professional job, answered all my questions and left me feeling like I got the best service possible. thank you Paragon.

Helped out in a pinch – My silly elderly Mom locked herself out of her house last weekend (on mother's day, can you believe it?) and called me in a panic. She had locked a bottom lock she had never used in years and now was stuck. I called Paragon because I have used them in the past but thought they would not service Brooklyn. Sure enough they did and were there within 1/2 an hour! The Locksmith was so nice my mom could not stop raving about him. great great service – My neighbor locked herself out of the house, and her family was on a vacation this weekend. She knocks on my door looking for help. I found Paragon Security & Locksmith on Citysearch and called them. 25 minutes later, Roy their technician arrived and opened the door in a few minutes. The service was great and prices were very reasonable! Now I know who to call for a real locksmith.

no hidden costs or surprises – I called paragon for a lockout, they came fast, replaced the locks and I paid exactly the price the dispatch told me I would. well done.
