New alarm monitoring system – We suffered few breaking attempt in our office in the Upper West Side, 10024 . I called Paragon Security & Locksmith for alarm monitoring system , the dispatch guy was really helpful and I got free estimate the same day . After checking few other places I decide to choose them because of the low price and technician who came to the office seem like he really know what he was talking about and everything is working perfect .

Times are changing!!!! – Be careful during the holiday season. I had to call Paragon to change my locks ( broke into my apt ).I never knew the difference between locks until the Paragon tech showed me.Protect your family and shopping items this season.I found out the hard way.The tech instructed me on my option of more secure locks...who new Please be careful and Happy Holidays

If you need Lock Smith call them right now – You know that feeling that you stuck outside your house in the middle of the night and that small thing call key doesn’t open the door , well this exactly what happened to me last Wednesday night. I live in Brooklyn 11213 and lucky I had key chain of Paragon Security and Lock Smith NY, so I called them and the guy was there in 30 minutes (really fast) . He was really nice and efficient . Great Service

Best Service for Intercom in NYC – I work as a super in the Upper East side NY ,10021 and when our Intercom system broke down (was very old) I decide to call Paragon although we didn’t work with them in the past . I called Paragon Security & Locksmith NYC and they sent estimator that same day and it was free . The guy was super nice and very knowledgeable he answered all my questions (I’m not an easy customer) and In 2 days we had new Intercom system . Thank you guys I know where to call next time , you got my 5 stars .

When it comes to the best - Paragon is there for you – If you need a full security upgrade - Paragon security and locksmith are there for you. I'm a building manager and I had to deal with many security issues with the previous company who managed the building. I called Paragon and they took care of all of my security needs: locks, doors, intercom, mail boxs, fences, camera system and alarm monitoring. Great service – I lost my car keys. A friend told me to call Paragon so I did. They sent over a technician and in no time he had me back in my car with a new ignition key. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Paragon for doing a great job. Will recommend to friends in need.

Opened a small business and secured it with paragon – I opened a small business in the city and I wanted to have a few cameras installed and upgrade the locks on all of my doors. Service like it should be – My daughter moved to an apartment in the city. The apartment’s windows had no window bars on them and I was scared someone would take advantage of the situation and try to brake in through the window. I called paragon security and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. The next day a technician came over and met with us in the apartment.
