Paragon to the rescue – Last weekend one of my tenants broke her key while trying to open the buildings front door. The super called me and said he had to keep the back exit open in order for people to have access to the building. I called the guy who handles my building’s doors and such and he was nowhere to be found. Rather disappointing I have to say. Lost your keys? No problem! – I dropped my car keys in the trunk of my car as I was closing it. I could see it happen but there was nothing I could do about it. So I called paragon security. The dispatcher was very nice and understanding and within 15 minutes a nice technician came over and opened my car. $99 dollars was the price the dispatcher promised I would pay and that is exactly what I paid. very affordable and professional! – Last week I’d been to my Mom’s place in Bushwick. She was complaining about the front door being worn out and wanted an immediate replace. I contacted Paragon and asked for a quote, the next day someone came over for a free estimate. After doing my research I realized that the estimate I was given by Paragon was more than fair. A couple of days after approving the job the door was installed in a most professional manner. Now my mom has not many reasons to complain! Thanks Paragon.

Paragon and Facebook – I called Paragon Security and Locksmith to get a free estimate for a few window gates. The next day a very nice technician came by and took some measurements. Within a few hours I received an email with a quote for such and such… at the bottom of the quote there was a note saying that if I become a “FAN” of Paragon on Facebook I can have an additional 10% discount on the job. Simply the best – I can't say how glad that these guys were able to help me out. My key broke in half while trying to open my car door after I finished shopping for grocery. Since I didn't have a spare, I was hoping they would be able to help make me a brand new one. My puppy was locked inside, and I was worried. They came as quickly to the rescue. Thanks Paragon!

My mom got herself locked in her apartment. While trying to get her out I managed to break the key inside the keyhole so I couldn’t open the apartment from the outside. I called paragon and soon after a technician came over and drilled out the old cylinder. He recommended replacing it with a Mul-t-lock. And so we did. proved to be the best – i had my locks replaced by some freelance locksmith. two weeks later i find myself locked out of my apartment. i called to ask if they will come and fix my locks for free and they said that they dont provide free service. so i called Paragon Security.
