The service with Paragon Plumbing was exceptional. Our hot water heater flooded our house and after cleaning up what we could we called Collin at Paragon. He came (on a Sunday) and gave us an estimate and let is know he could start then. We were of course grateful to have hot water so he started then. He even went so far as to make sure our wood and walls were free of rot. He was very quick and professional, a perfectionist of the best kind. We are so glad we have a plumber in town to rely on!
The owner of the company came out to my mom's house and really did a great job! He came out to her house the same day we called him. He was very nice, was very helpful and courteous. My mom had been having several high water bills and we knew she must have several problems with her plumbing so we were a little nervous, but the plumber Collin was very honest and had very reasonable rates.
