Grade A+++ Service I woke up last week and had no heat so, I got online and did a little research. I called the office and they made me a same day appointment. Unfortunately, there was no way to repair my furnace so, I had to get another one. The tech was extremely polite and sat down and explained everything to me and went over all of my options and the brands that were available. Fast and Efficient! I got an annual maintenance and cleaning on my furnace and the tech came out and made sure everything was running the it needed to and even changed my filter. He checked EVERYTHING on my furnace to make sure it was working properly and none of the parts needed to be replaced. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they were very polite and knowledgeable.
Great Company I have a 19 year old gas furnace. The technician let me know the cost of fixing 2 parts that failed. It was pretty costly and he also told me how much 3 different furnaces would cost from less efficient to most efficient. We talked about advantages of repairs now and in the future and the difference from new was only 1200.00 so I went with a new furnace and so glad I did. Install guys and Scott, the first technician were great. Recommend Paragon to anyone.
Knowledgeable and Get What you Pay For. Came out and replaced my blower to get heat going on a thursday night when noone else would answer the phone. Knowledgeable tech who didn"t mind me standing behind him asking questions. Showed me how to save money and keep my furnace clean and running good. Furnace has been running great ever since.
Highly Recommend! I highly recommend Paragon Heating. I came home on Sunday to a freezing house after being gone for a week. I called to leave a message to have someone call me back first thing Monday morning. I was very surprised someone actually answered the phone. She talked to me about things I could check at home before she sent someone out. Needless to say that someone had to come out. I wasn't charged any extra for the technician to come out on Sunday! Get out your wallet Nice folks but outrageous service fees. $408 to replace a 25 dollar part that was easy to get to & replace with 2 screws. Sure I'm paying for the diagnostics and gas for the truck, but $380 labor charge for a 15 minute job?? Come on!

Great Company with excellent customer service Awesome company, they came out when there where supose to. These guys was very informational. The prices where fair enough. After the repair was done he went through my furnace with me and showed me what he did. And a couple of days later a girl from the office called me to see how the repair went and if everything was working good.
Avoid Called because furnace wouldn't run. I thought it was the induced draft fan. I didn't have time to change it. They wanted $1,000. I bought the fan for $300 and installed in 1/2 hour. I would avoid.
