Parag did not take the time to listen to my concerns with my sinuses. I was just told that nasal spray will fix it and after spending 5 minutes in the room, i am now receiving a large bill from them that my insurance didn't cover due to them incorrectly billing my insurance. I have called multiple times. The billing staff has been rude and of course the billing manager hasn't called me back. Amazing visit today with my elderly mother. His manner is jovial and kept her laughing. He also did a great job w her ears Highly recommend!!
I went to get a hearing test and arrived early and was escorted into the exam room early. Dr. Parikh was really nice to talk to and we talked about my tinnitus and that there’s no cure. He looked in my ears and said they were clean, this took all of 5 min. We then went back to the front office and had his staff take me to the audiologist for what I thought was going to be the hearing test.
