These people charged me a fat fee on my cat that weighs 5 pounds at home their scale said my tiny cat weighs 9.5 pounds there is just no way another man also got charged extra because his cat growled at the surgeon like are you serious your gonna charge us for our animals being animals the only thing i liked is that they did the surgery and my cat is ok i dont recommend them

I took our newest family member (previously a stray cat) in to be neutered today. What a pleasant and easy experience! All of the staff members were kind and knowledgeable, and they were very, very organized. They were happy to answer any and all questions I had, and they were up-front about costs—no surprise fees! Cornelius was taken in like a member of the family and was lovingly cared for. Thank y’all so much!
Everyone was friendly and compassionate. They took care of my Snorkie in a gentle manner. There prices are very reasonable.
