Had an appointment with them for a month,tried to drop my cat off this morning and was told that I didn't have an appointment.Apparently I did but it got write in between two other people's. They took the cat back eventually, but I was late for work and broke up with my boyfriend over the mix up. None of which can be fixed. thanks a lot !!!

Great staff who truly care about animals. Way more affordable than the local vets near me. My new rescue dog was heart worm positive. A vet near me quoted me $3,000-4,000 for treatment, the GREAT PEOPLE at Paradox said $500-600. “Dollar” (my dog) had her 1st treatment today.
If I could give zero stars I would. Took my cat to get neutered. Picked him up and they didn't shut the crate all the way. So while trying to put him in the car the door flung open and he ran. They tried to blame it on me saying I had a faulty crate. I got him there just fine in said crate. I was told they would leave a trap out all weekend to help find him, they picked it up the next morning. They could care less that my cat is lost. The staff truly loves animals and it shows. Great staff, great prices. I recommend to anyone with fur babies.

They treat their costumers and patients very well!! They truly love and care for everyone's furry family members! I have fostered 3 dogs that got spayed and all of their shots here and they all did great and was treated with top notch care during their stay here.
we have took our dog trixie to them ever since she was a puppy and had her spayed there had all her shots there we have no problem with then there so nice and caring
