Very rude. I wrongly assumed the premise of the organization is to get pets safely altered to stem the tide of unwanted animals, not to judge referred clients. Silly me.

Yes! We had a outside neighborhood cat that was on her third litter and she’s only 1.5 years old. I called two weeks ago to get information and two days ago to make appt to get momma cat spayed. Could do it Friday! Took momma cat their, they did paperwork in car and called about lunch time to let us know they were done and she did awesome. I made payment over phone (just over $100 for spay, three shots and meds) Got details in pain meds and pick up time. We arrived at 5:00 for pickup. They brought momma out and home we went.... read more

They really do provide great quality service and it’s really affordable.
I have had both of my dogs (one spayed, one neutered) fixed at Paradox over the years and I have had a great experience both times! I was very impressed with how quickly and easily I was able to make an appointment. I filled out the form online and they called me the same day to confirm the appointment and give me all the details and information to prepare for the surgery. The staff was so friendly and really care about your pets and their well being. They took the time when I picked up my dogs to explain the do's and don'ts... read more
