I can say with sincere honesty that Paradise Valley Health Care Center truly cares about their residents and staff. The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and outstanding patient care is provided. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family with no hesitation.

Amazing..
I was between 1 and 2 stars, my grandmother was recently admitted to this facility, it was clean and did not smell like other nursing homes I have visited (I volunteer with my ladies group from church). However, the staff leaves something to be desired. I had to deal with the social worker Brianna on several occasions regarding my grandmother's care. The med nurse dropped medicine (I was in the room), brushed it off and gave it to my grandmother. She was often left in dirty diapers, not groomed, and had bed sores from the c.... read more
