Amazing service in the ER, ICU and 5 th floor gor room 540
I waited almost 2 hours with no updates on when I was going to be attended to or told my wait time.
Never got helped. Front desk had the audacity to tell me If I leave the building I wouldn't be seen...?
I had to go to Emergencies a couple nights ago for an object imbedded in my hand. All of the staff was super cool and welcoming, made sure I felt comfortable. They were having a pretty crazy night with other patients, it was rough all the running and patients creating havoc but they were always courteous and professional with me, even shared some jokes. I hope I never have to go to a hospital again, but this one was a great experience.
