They seem nice when showing a place. Beyond ridiculous to get into a place. Even with great income. Every home we applied for we got denied, and they ended up trying to rent us a dump of an apartment. So glad we found our beautiful home through a different company. They take forever to return calls and just get back to you in general.

I would if I could put ZERO STARS. Only leased a property with them for a little over a year. First of all the FIRST WEEK WE MOVED IN, they told us to clean up weeds THAT WERE ALREADY THERE and left a NOTICE (of potential eviction!!!). Had to hoe the whole back yard full of it and front yard. We had all sorts of issues with the property and every time we called to get things fixed, handyman could NEVER make it out. I am a homeowner at the Grand Island Estates and Paradise Sales and Property Management broke their own bylaws by fining me $100.00 for weeds with no warning and then compounded it by charging me $55 for weed abatement. My neighbor received a warning letter and went out to Havasu and pulled his weeds and because I had shoulder surgery in May he offered to check my yard. I am a homeowner is the Grand Island Estates. Our board hired Paradise Sales to manage our HOA. Their service is the worst. We put in a request to have the exterior paint approved and never heard after months. Every time we call Cara our manager we are told that she will get back to use but never does. Getting all the neighbors to complain to our board and get them FIRED!!!

I am an owner and have turned in a problem with my garage door for rotting, 5 months later no answer, ignored calls, etc. I feel this is unacceptable.
