Absolutely filthy!! Very unprofessional!! Should be turned into the Health Department!!
This will be my last time staying here. The room was not what we wanted, there were several repairs that need attention (baseboard, sliding door, sofa bed falling apart, tape over outlets, stuck doors)! The location is great but they need to seriously remodel and renovate.
The rooms need updated..the hallways where gross....you can't smoke on the balcony....there is only one way to the boardwalk through the hotel...when the store is close tou have to go clear around...the pool could be updated..
Great view, nice room, friendly service, ideal location. Only 37 channels and no DVD player 😐. I would stay again, just bring my own DVD player😊 4 1/2 ⭐️'s
Friendly staff, great location. The room was a little dated, but clean. Taphouse Restaurant had great breakfast. There's also a gift shop attached.
Paradise Plaza Inn is a great hotel. Although dated, the rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with fresh towels. The front desk could use some improvement in customer service, but it doesn’t affect my overall satisfaction of the hotel. The location is very convenient - being in the heart of the boardwalk is awesome! They have very comfortable beds!
Stayed for a full week with my family and enjoyed ourselves. Hotel is definitely aged, but most non-franchises are in OCMD. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel could use more elevators and air condition in the common areas. The dolphin suite was really comfortable. Room was always well maintained and clean. The hotel should advertise the lack of utensils and plates though in their suite. We’ve stayed at other suite with kitchenettes that were fully stocked. We are here right now. I have two kids, we reserved today for 1 night. Not cheap, so you have certain expectations for the price you pay. Room 813, air conditioning in our hallway and room was NOT working. The room temperature is 81 degrees inside, this is no appropiate temp to sleep. We called front desk and first they stated they would send someone, then called back and said there was no one to send. Then we had to call back as 10 minutes went by and nothing hapenned.
