Appreciated the BIG rooms/ bathrooms and Cold AC in the rooms... Best part was staying Oceanfront balcony!!! Loved the views day and night! Free Entertainment at 9th and Boardwalk! Only downside was HEAT/Humidity in hallways and elevators! Brutal at times!

Gross gross gross!!! Bugs, fevers, blood and urine stains on pillows and bed, toilets and walls visible dirty, toilet paper on walls. Half filled party cups in hallways. Floors stunk of weed and alcohol. Staff not even surprised about the condition of the rooms

Over all i would say it is “ehh” however for $361 for one night, the locks should actually work. There was the bar for the sliding door but it was very loose. The sliding doors handle on the outside was broken. It’s loose and also ready to come off. The lock was useless. The one bed had the smell of body/butt. Didn’t really have peace of mind. 2 out of 5 for me. We personally feel the pictures of the rooms aren’t updated at all.

The property was a great location but needs a lot of work done to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the door to the balcony was broken. We made the mistake of going in June which is Senior Week all month so that was a lesson in its self! We left a day early because we couldn’t even enjoy our balcony any longer due to people smoking on the balconies. They were smoking cigarettes and weed. I didn’t complain to the front desk because the staff looked like they didn’t care about anything.

Dirty, and in need of a lot of repairs, at the cost of $290/night? If I wasn’t checking out tomorrow and didn’t want to try to find somewhere last minute I would leave 😔
