Come here every year. Always wuality service and friendly.
It was a very nice place to stay. The room had an awesome view. The only disappointment was the first night we were next to a room where they were doing work. It was very noisy and whoever was working in there got a call on their cell phone and stood by our door to talk. It sounded like they were in our room. But overall it was nice!
If I hadn't made up my mind before, I defiantly have now after reading the response from the general manager. I can't believe this individual is in the service industry. Instead of using reviews to make his hotel a better place to stay he gets on trip advisor to rant at former guests. If I were looking to stay and never been there, I would move on simply based on his response not the reviewer. He is obviously not looking at improving the quality of this hotel.

A good place to stay. Two things that could be improved: check in and out times and not enough parking for all guests.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We really liked the owners of the taphouse bar&grill they were very friendly.They talked to us about their trip to Porto Rico and suggested we go there for vacation. When we come back to ocean city this summer we will for sure be stopping by the taphouse bar&grill to visit with the owners.
We had a great stay this week. The room was great, Oceanview balcony, Jacuzzi, wine - all for a great price. The only downside was the weather!! We will definitely be back.
We visited this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary and my re-joining the workforce after 6 months of being out. I had originally booked ocean-view, but decided to step it up and called to ask for an upgrade to ocean-front. Tim answered the phone, and was totally professional but yet yet extremely personable, cheerfully taking care of my request.
