My wife and I have been coming here for over 15 years. We always get one of the getaway packages and end up staying an extra night. This last time we stayed in 802. I prefer the off season! I like Ocean City without the crowd. The vouchers that come with the package really sweeten the deal!
Very beautiful hotel, wonderful staff well visit again
We have stayed here twice now and love it. Rooms are super clean, roomy and very comfortable beds and pillows!! We also enjoy the Taphouse, which is located in hotel.

Loved this place! Me and my husband stayed last year for our 2nd wedding anniversary and WinterFest. Love how clean it was, the amazing view from the balcony and the jacuzzi tub!!! Staying again this year for our 3rd wedding anniversary, Christmas, my 27th bday and to see the WinterFest of lights :)
Staff were great..We arrived early that day and went to see if we could at least park the car in the parking lot and walk the boardwalk, the girl behind the desk said that our room was ready...the hotel was clean..great location
We had a great vacation. The room was large and spacious and I had trouble with my dog sitter and the front desk staff was very accomadating to let us bring the dog to the hotel with us. We will be staying here again next year!
Ok so where do I begin??? We were booked into room 210 and unknowing to us it was right next to the taphouse bar and all night until well after two, we were kept awake by extremely loud music and a bunch drunk people!! When we talked to management, we were told, "what do you want me to do about it?" I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated at this establishment!!
Terrible staffing at the front desk (they sit & talk about the customers). The hotel is run down, our patio door was broke and extremely hard to open and close (especially with it supposed to be a handicapped room), we had bugs at the patio door in the inside of our room, the man who came to spray couldn't even tell us what they were (he claimed they were gnats but they were tiny white flying bugs that made us itch). I will never stay here again.
