Only reason it's getting a star is the staff is friendly and tries to help.... otherwise 1 star. First dolphin suite was in had ceiling tiles missing and bent. Second room I'm in now is Freezing cold!! We have the heat all the way turned up still freezing cold, called down the nice maintenance man gave us a stand up in room heater.... and this all has been little over an hour.... If it doesn't warm up soon I'm leaving and better get my money back!!! My son has a lung disease he can't be sleeping and hanging out in the cold l... read more
I just want to say thank you to the employees who were so wonderful when my boyfriend and I stayed there for our 5 year anniversary February 28, 2016. The room we were planning on staying in wasn't an issue but wasn't oceanfront (I had my heart set on that) and when the woman at the front desk heard us talking about it being our anniversary she said let me see if we have an oceanfront room available with a jacuzzi tub. We were given a room 811 that was freezing we called someone came up to check on it he just gave us an extra blanket we woke up and we needed to leave we were freezing literally freezing in the morning we spoke to them at the desk and all they could say is I'm sorry I am not pleased at all we attended the Santa com in Ocean City and decided to stay at the Paradise Hotel not pleased at all
We stayed in the white marlin room. Comfy bed, jacuzzi bath and an extra party roof. Received food vouchers for each day we stayed here to use at the Taphouse that has great food. Housekeeping was polite and on point! Great location too!
I have stayed other place at Ocean City and Paradise Plaza has been the best!!! We get a Ocean front view room with a balcony and it's gorgeous... the staff are wonderful and the rooms are very nice and maintained well. This motel is just one of the many reasons we come back each year!!! I wouldn't stay no where else this is the place to be.
3rd visit to PPI at OCMD this year, wish we would have booked 2 more nights! I'll never stay any where else now. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms and balcony views are the absolute best!!!
