Paradise Passages Pet Crematory is the most honest, compassionate crematory that I have used. I have had to have numerous pets cremated over the years and used several other crematories in town. They are by far the most caring place. All of their staff have pets of their own and love and care for you pet as if it was theirs. As to what color ashes can be it depends on so many factors. The heat of the crematory oven, humidity on and particular day, the type of oven used, how long they do the burn, and on the size of your pet. ... read more

I have had animals cremated before & in different states. Also, I did research after we got our dogs ashes back. Animals ashes are supposed to be white & not gray. Also, when animals are cremated, it doesn't go all the way down to ashes. When an animal gets cremated there is fragments of bones left that look almost like small rocks. I don't know what they are doing, all I know is that the ashes we got back were not our dog.

Wonderful, compassionate group of people who helped me tremdously when we lost our beloved "Thor". They were there with us through each step of the process. I highly highly recommend Paradise Passages!

Where to start???!! Paradise has taken extremely great care of all my animals. The compassion that everyone, and i mean everyone is over the top. About a year and a half ago I had to have my Shadow put down. Amanda and her crew were able to find the bullets (rescue back in Texas) that were in her and add them to the paw prints. Just beautiful. Afterwards i was still a mess. Amanda helped me get through the really really tough times.

I have had one pet cremated at the other main crematory in town, and then all of my others at PPPC. There is no comparison in the care and respect that they show. As I opened the package and removed the temporary urn to scatter the cremains, I was touched by the care with which they were packaged. My cremains from the other crematory had bones in it, they had not b... read more
