Less than impressed. My nails are all different shaped, most sides dont have polish on them and you can CLEARLY see the line where they were filled in because they are so much thinner at the nail base. The color I original wanted was see through so instead of using a white base she made me change colors. While I was getting my nails done she stopped each time a customer came in, called, or needed to pay meanwhile there were several employees sitting around on their phones that could have helped the other customers. Not really one to write reviews about bad experiences, but this needs to be addressed. 1. The water was EXTREMELY hot, to the point where I could hardly even bare to put my feet in the water. 2nd (and most importantly) I have been battling an infection for over 2 months now. I have been on one round of antibiotics and will be starting another round this week. I have never had an infection or any issue at all with a nail place, until now. Everytime I come here I fall in love over and over. Everyone here is extremely kind and welcoming. Everywhere have been in Carrollton has either been unwelcoming, been insulted, or cut every time. NOT HERE! Affordable and well worth the visit!!!
I've only been here once so far but I loved it!!! Best nail salon I've ever been too in Carrollton! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. It was extremely clean and the atmosphere was great! It was a very relaxing experience. If finances allowed I would be going every week! Great nail salon! Highly recommended everyone in the area to go check this place out!
I love it, I will be going back. The service was quick, and my nails look beautiful. I'm happy my daughter told me about this nail salon
Nails looked pretty good, but the nail technicians attutide was awful.. I'll NEVER be back.
