They're alright. I called them to schedule an appointment for a property management walk-through for one of my rentals and I heard nothing back for a few days. I was shopping around for property managers at the time, and the management price quotes I received from others were outrageous. These guys finally got back to me and gave me a good price. Communication is huge for me, so I decided not to go with them, but if you're looking for a bargain, I guess they're alright.
