About this business
Our nursery is open to the public. We stock over 200 varieties of specimen trees, shrubs, and perennials hardy to Central Indiana. We specialize in topiary evergreens, cobbles & boulders, and stone art. We also carry bulk topsoil, compost, and mulch. Homeowners welcome! Winter hours(December through February) subject to change. Landscape consultations and installations available upon request.

John educated us on proper care and maintenance, as well as helped us pick out complimentary pieces to go with what we liked. I assumed there was a warranty at least a year like most places so it’s my fault for assuming ... how ever to imply that I didn’t water them as much as they needed through an email is down right insulting ... the lime light in the back of the picture is from Lowe’s ( who does warranty plants for a year ) and the other was one purchased from paradise ... same soil some watering , the only difference I used Pete moss as directed and root starter which was supplied to me ... lesson learned ...
I just happened upon this place while exploring the area and it's absolutely amazing!!! The gentleman that helped me was superb, polite & super helpful I really appreciated it, I definitely will be back! I had no idea what the name of the tree I was searching for just what it looked like and he was able to help me find it! They have a huge selection of trees & shrubs. John helped me finalize my landscape plans when I was feeling overwhelmed by plants and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selections. He has an amazing variety of plants and trees (including many I'd never seen before) far better than anywhere else I visited in town. "A hidden gem" for sure. Go see John first!
We finally did some renovation of our "lack" of landscaping in our back yard. We stopped by Paradise Landscape & Nursery to take a look at their plants and trees. They have such a large selection and all of their plants are absolutely beautiful. We told them what we wanted to do and they gave us some great suggestions. I got to pick out my own trees and they provided fast service and installation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to redo or just spice up their landscaping.
So,three days ago I called Paradise Nursery. Last year, we bought two dwarf cherry trees from them. When we bought them, we asked if they would warranty through the winter. They said yes. Planted them both in my landscaping, about 6 feet apart. Provided the same care to both. Noticed one late last fall/early winter heading into, what I believed was, dormancy before the other. John (and the family) are always very helpful, and my wife and I have made several purchases over the last 3 years (which he always seems to remember). He always has great advice on what does and doesn't work in Indiana, which is great since the competition in Fishers on Allisonville Road just pushes the sale. Sure, sometimes there's a little waiting, but they run a small operation. The great advice is worth a few extra minutes.
Was ordering several trees through our landscaper and he had worked out a deal-husband called to arrange payment and was told they didn't have the amount we wanted but could order them-husband said since they didn't have the amount our landscaper was checking somewhere else to buy the rest. The guy, Josh then got angry and long story short told my husband we wasted his time and for us to never return. Give us a break. We wasted several hours on our part to try to coordinate your special price and last minute demand to have everything ready on short notice by Friday. All you have done is taken our numbers and shopped them around. I told your husband I was 95% sure we could have the order ready by Friday afternoon, but would need half an hour to coordinate trucks to make sure.
