Ordered the Tiki Hut unit, delivery was late in the evening 6:00 PM, their team was unable to complete the installation due to a manafacturing defect. Had to wait another week before a second team was due to come out and fix and finish the installation, they nevered showed up. Now, I am told be customer service that I will have to reschedule. Very concerning they cannot get someone out here and make this right.
On 9/19/20 we bought a Bar (Maui 10) w/ wine cooler & fridge, as well as a kitchen (GX-10) with a grill, 2 burner stove, 2 drawers, 1 fridge and cocktail station. All in all, it costed a pretty penny. I know i could had pay much less by using a local contractor but I thought Paradise Grill would be a decent quality and much faster. WAS I WRONG. This company is horrible. Not even worth 1 star. Their service department is non existent. They can’t get anyone to work for service, as stated by one of the workers that came to work on our grill. Once you buy the grill, you never hear from them again. They have your money and you’re screwed We purchased our Tiki Hut style grill in June 2020. It was delivered in November 2020. Purchase new grill ($8.000) from paradise grills in windermere FL. Nothing but problems. 3 refrigerators Bar lighting Broken tiles Grill not lighting. CD player broken . Just tried to use the cd player yesterday to find yet again broken. Informed that they no longer use this item and no warranty. If you want to spend your money on a outdoor kitchen i suggest you go somewhere else than Paradise Grills.
I visited their showroom. Asked for some information. Salesperson walked me around forever until I finally stopped him and asked for a business card. He then proceeded to give a quote on a kitchen that had an original list around ~$29K, but was reduced to ~$25K. He then marked this down to ~$11k with a story about surplus inventory. When I said I was not ready to buy, he wanted a deposit that he said he could hold for a year and a half. I purchased a grill island and a bar island. Spent a considerable sum. Ultimately the product is Ok but not great. I would really consider other prefab assemble yourself options. They now seem better to me. AND customer service is non-existent!. I have sent at least 6 emails and called three times. Each is met with a deafening silence as soon as they shake me off the phone. I have a damaged product from install and they will NOT respond and make it right. They simply do not care after the sale.
Worst run company. Purchased in May for delivery on Sept. 1. Missing 2 draw stainless steel component, but they did send a used damaged one. Sink did not fit, told me I had to silicon it in place. 20 phone calls and 3 repair visits and it is still not correct. Paradise Grills I predict will not be in business for long. Great concept, with very poor execution.
Purchased a outdoor kitchen on August 22, 2020 in OP, FL which included a refrig, gas grill, sink and storage drawers and I LOVE IT!! The salesman was knowledgeable, quick w/o hassle. Can't remember his name but he drove a nice Cad. Thank you Mr. Cadillac man!!! ;)
