He then proceeded to give a quote on a kitchen that had an original list around ~$29K, but was reduced to ~$25K. He then marked this down to ~$11k with a story about surplus inventory. I purchased this Tahiti model outdoor kitchen tiki bar from http://paradise2u.com/ https://paradisegrillsdirect.com/ in July 2011. The steel construction they claim is a feature is actually a liability, as you can see the steel rusted away and the countertop caved in. DO NOT BUY – YOU WILL REGRET Went to this Paradise Grills store over a month ago and bought an outdoor kitchen. After about 4 weeks it had not been delivered nor did I receive any communication about when it would. This is due to them having parts shipped from China. Called company to check on it and was told it would not be delivered for another 4 weeks. Well I raised cane and told them if they couldn’t get grill to me that week I wanted a refund. We still don’t believe we purchased a outdoor kitchen from Paradice Grill. My wife and I stopped in to just look at the various kitchens and was approached by Cindy a representative. The kitchens really sparked our interest. Cindy really did a great job explaining the features of all the kitchens and bbq grills and made us feel comfortable. So far so good. Worst run company. Purchased in May for delivery on Sept. 1. Missing 2 draw stainless steel component, but they did send a used damaged one. Sink did not fit, told me I had to silicon it in place. 20 phone calls and 3 repair visits and it is still not correct. Paradise Grills I predict will not be in business for long. Great concept, with very poor execution.
Purchased a outdoor kitchen on August 22, 2020 in OP, FL which included a refrig, gas grill, sink and storage drawers and I LOVE IT!! The salesman was knowledgeable, quick w/o hassle. Can't remember his name but he drove a nice Cad. Thank you Mr. Cadillac man!!! ;)
Purchased the Aruba model on October 9, 2020. Our only option for delivery was 90 days. Salesman said oh you will get it before then. Of course we did not. OK. Getting the delivery date set was a lot of back and forth. Voice messages with only "call us back" do not move conversations along. Today (January 13 is delivery day. Hi, Saturday I went to Paradise Grills in Pompano Beach and a Salesman called Sean Kuruc presented some of your products and your store was the first me and my wife went to check on some Outside Kitchen and Bar. After all the presentation we told him that we still need to see how it’s going to be our Patio to make a decision on witch one we would choose.
