I bought a tiki at shoe,got the demo model,sakes guy was great,but the rest has been downhill,was supposed to recieve everything shown on the demo and did not,was supposed to have install before Thanksgiving and it never happened, me and 3 friends had to end up assembling it,missing cords and parts,called a few times one manager she was very rude with me, and I was supposed to get a call back,for the money I spent you would think I could get a complete setup.Not to mention parts that work and are not damaged.Still waiting fo... read more
Worst customer service experience in my life, all they care about is the sale. After they get your money. Getting anyone to respond under 2 weeks is a Miracle! Since delivery in June 2022. I've had 4 issues and only 2 have been resolved. For 20,000 dollars, I could have hired a professional chef for this. The counter tops are not all they say they are! We were so excited for this after remodeling our patio with there grill in the designs. And the Executive team just does not care after the sale.
Horrible experience from day one. My setup is 3-4 years old. Grill is horrible after the first year. Rusts badly and they don’t honor their “lifetime warranty claim”. They charge for service tech visits. The plaster falls apart after a couple years and they will send a plaster repair kit but don’t honor “lifetime warranty claim”. Anything that rusts is wear and tear. The top brace that holds my tiki top on is considered wear and tear. They made a reference to driving a car and replace tires. I met Emily at the boat show in Fort Lauderdale she was very nice and helped me with an outdoor kitchen.
What a piece of crap. fancy showroom, big sales pitch, and all positive (fake) reviews on THEIR site keep them in business. Yet what we got was careless installers that did nothing but complain to then learn after many calls to customer service that actully agreed their after sales efforts were horrible. We also learned the so called Italian stone top is nothing but fake painted material with glass, yes very thin glass that breaks easily. do not buy from this company. they do not honor their warranty. The GSL-32 PRO warranty cleary states that there is a 5 year warranty on their burners, grates and briquettes. Sent clear pictures to their headquarters and warranty request was denied as wear and tear. there is no wording excluding wear and tear or rust(I thought this was supposed to be stainless steel. go to one of the custom outdoor kitchens builders in your area. you will be much happier. for the record they do not deserve even a 1 star rating. u... read more
Price was right but real poor support so would not buy again. The grill stainless on outside is very good after 4.5 years if you buy the upgraded one. But they lie about any warranty so can’t recommend and the grill does have a lot of hot spots.so not a fan. Now I have internal parts that hold the briquettes that are disintegrating and their warranty says burner covers have 5 years warranty. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would! I purchase my tiki bar in March of 2021 and took delivery in June of 2021, and it has been literally been a nightmare! Our sales rep and the people in the store were super nice and professional, however their customer service is the WORST!!! My tiki bar was delivered with TV mount broken, so the TV could not lower, rendering it useless.
