If I could give zero stars for customer service I would! I purchase my tiki bar in March of 2021 and took delivery in June of 2021, and it has been literally been a nightmare! Our sales rep and the people in the store were super nice and professional, however their customer service is the WORST!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PARADISE GRILL, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We recently purchased an $8k pro grill/kitchen from Paradise Grill and it was delivered a few days later, everything looked fine and we signed the received receipt. On the same day the grill was received it began to rain for about one and a half days. This place is a embarrassment. They were to deliver my Kitchen on a Sunday. I waited all day and they did not deliver the kitchen. They promised me 4 chairs . Two weeks later when they delivered kitchen but failed to deliver the chairs. They had no masks when they can for the delivery and I had to help build the kitchen for a couple hours because one of the worker was a kid and it was his first day. WARNING - AVOID PARADISE GRILLING SYSTEMS. I spent $6000 on a Paradise grilling island and February 2019. Since I've had to replace the "high-temp" light lenses twice and the electrical trips with any weather but that is the least of my concerns. Their manufacturer warranty clearly states '5 years on burners, briquettes and grates, 1 year on all other parts". My grates didn't last two years and they refused to replace them. Ordered the Tiki Hut unit, delivery was late in the evening 6:00 PM, their team was unable to complete the installation due to a manafacturing defect. Had to wait another week before a second team was due to come out and fix and finish the installation, they nevered showed up. Now, I am told be customer service that I will have to reschedule. Very concerning they cannot get someone out here and make this right.
The customer service is horrible. They are the worse. You call and they never know anything and always promise to call before end of day. They never call. 2 tiles were broken upon delivery. I was told they would come out and fix it. They end up refusing to come out and fixed it. Then they said they would ship out the tiles and I would need to get it fixed. On 06/12/21 I went to Paradise Grill showroom in Frisco. I fell in love with an outdoor kitchen and made a purchase 26K. Selling points for the kitchen were less time than a contractor build out, no permit, durable strong countertops, frig, side burner, etc. However, after having agreed to purchase and loan funded (Greensky) it's been one thing after another. Purchase new grill ($8.000) from paradise grills in windermere FL. Nothing but problems. 3 refrigerators Bar lighting Broken tiles Grill not lighting. CD player broken . Just tried to use the cd player yesterday to find yet again broken. Informed that they no longer use this item and no warranty. If you want to spend your money on a outdoor kitchen i suggest you go somewhere else than Paradise Grills.
I visited their showroom. Asked for some information. Salesperson walked me around forever until I finally stopped him and asked for a business card. He then proceeded to give a quote on a kitchen that had an original list around ~$29K, but was reduced to ~$25K. He then marked this down to ~$11k with a story about surplus inventory. When I said I was not ready to buy, he wanted a deposit that he said he could hold for a year and a half.
