What a piece of crap. fancy showroom, big sales pitch, and all positive (fake) reviews on THEIR site keep them in business. Yet what we got was careless installers that did nothing but complain to then learn after many calls to customer service that actully agreed their after sales efforts were horrible. We also learned the so called Italian stone top is nothing but fake painted material with glass, yes very thin glass that breaks easily. Sarasota showroom is beautiful. We were very pleased with how informative the sales manager Sean was. Sean explained everything about Paradise Grills and what exactly they do.
