My husband John and I visited the Paradise Grill located on Glades Road in Boca Raton. We were greeted by Luis who went above and beyond to show us different models, colors and options. There was no high pressure to purchase anything. We were told the price and delivery would be within 5 days of purchase. We ended up purchasing and low and behold, 5 days later we were barbecuing on our new grill and outdoor kitchen. I’m extremely happy with our new outdoor kitchen and experience with Paradise Grill.

Patrick was nothing but awesome to my husband and myself when it came to explaining everything about the outdoor kitchen. We are building a house and they are holding it for when needed to deliver and we’re so accommodating to all our needs. The customer service provided both from Patrick and Mitch was impeccable and would recommend them to anyone! Can’t wait to show our kitchen when installed to really complete this great review.

I had a wonderful experience at the store in the Villages. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The product is beautiful and l can’t wait for mine to arrive! I’m so pleased they opened this store so close to home!

We received the best customer service from Patric. Suggested ideas. Very patient. Pleasant to work with. The delivery scheduling lady wad fantastic. Sergio and Jorge (I believed that is his name) were amazing taking care of our delivery and instalation, respectful, cleaned up after job completed. Went into Paradise Grills in Boynton Beach to purchase a grill for my backyard, and a young lady Kristy helped me find the grill of my dream plus a bar that I didn't need but wanted after she explained it to me great job thank you!
