We received the best customer service from Patric. Suggested ideas. Very patient. Pleasant to work with. The delivery scheduling lady wad fantastic. Sergio and Jorge (I believed that is his name) were amazing taking care of our delivery and instalation, respectful, cleaned up after job completed. Went into Paradise Grills in Boynton Beach to purchase a grill for my backyard, and a young lady Kristy helped me find the grill of my dream plus a bar that I didn't need but wanted after she explained it to me great job thank you!
The wife and I went to Paradise Grill off of narcoossee in Kissimmee Florida, with the intention of purchasing new modern Grill. We were met by John and Joey. I must say they went above and beyond in giving us a better understanding of the many models, styles, and options Paradise Grill had to offer. They were extremely knowledgeable of the product.
