What a great experience, looking for a grill turned into a whole outdoor kitchen dream. The environment is incredible, as soon as I walked in they welcome me in with a huge smile, then you hear the music playing and suddenly I felt like I was on vacation mode! If you're even considering an outdoor kitchen, do yourself a favor and go see Patrick at the Paradise Grills store in Tampa. He's hands down one of the most knowledgeable representatives that I've met in any company and industry in the fact that he was able to answer any and all questions with confidence and certainty. Paradise Grills' Naples showroom is amazing if you want to see everything they offer, different setups, etc. Working with Ted was a breeze and his availability made it that much easier. Highly recommend.

Atef ****** at the Cypress, Tx location was very knowledgeable about all the products, awesome customer service, and a clean and neat showroom! He was helpful in helping me find the perfect outdoor kitchen and had great ideas! He guided us through the delivery process and made sure everything was delivered properly. He reached out to make sure we were satisfied and all items were received in good condition. Overall, we are very appreciative of his attentiveness and will be referring many people to him!
I just bought a new house and visited the town center show room and was quite impressed. The staff was wonderful. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable and wanted to help me find the right setup for my needs. He wasn't pushy or trying to upsell, listened to my needs, and got a perfect package together. Will be buying soon once the lanai project is close to complete. Awesome service and products. Definitely recommend.
