I recently purchased an outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills, and I can’t say enough about their top-tier business practices and customer service. Major Scam!! Run from these people. They are the worst of the worst. They claim their grills are made in the USA when they turned out to be made in china. Grill and accesories came with scratches and the quality is terrible. When you complaint they refuse to take it back. "It was final sale" they keep repeating. I ended up with a scratched (Brand new grill). I can't believe these people are still in business. You can buy the exact same Grill and accesories for a 10th of the cost in Temu.

Michelle was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and patient throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers.
