I at long last got my granite counter-top and I couldn't be more happy with the way my kitchen looks, what a change. Paradise Granite is great company to work with. We hand picked our slab and it looks amazing in our kitchen. We had no problems with the service or installation. Armen was a great sales person and he showed us around his showroom which was beautiful. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS GRANITE INSTALLER!!!! We selected a slab of granite as recommended by our contractor. We paid the half deposit and waited for our project to be ready for the granite. Paradise came out to template our jobs and never let us know there was an issue with our granite that they supposedly were holding. We finally after 4 days went out to the showroom/warehouse to find that not only the slab we picked (and designed furniture, paint and stain colors around) had 'broken' but the remnant we picked miraculously 'broke'... read more

We had our kitchen almost completely redone with new granite countertops included. There was one salesman that was particularly knowledgeable and met me at whatever time I wanted to go look at slabs. However, when the installation occurred, that's when things went down hill. The slab was not well sealed, so it was staining badly the first week. The process of getting the stains removed and the countertop resealed took another month. Why? Because they never came when they said they would. They wouldn't even call to reschedule... read more

We placed order for cabinets , counter tops and flooring we were told estimated time of 2-3 weeks. Today , it is the 6th week and job is not finished. Terrible customer service. They have no co ordination among themselves. They do not know exactly what we have orderd( it is written in contract). We have ended up co ordinating the whole job. Supervisor/ co ordinator has never visited the job site. This experience has been nightmare. I will never do business with them again

The granite is beautiful, first quality . They are very friendly and helpful and stand behind their products. The installers do first quality work as well. I will be hiring this company again !!!!
