Please please please read reviews on google. This place is a complete disaster. I have been trying for over a month to get my new bathroom cabinets installed and finished. The bath tubs they sell have the drains on the wrong side. Please go some where else!!!!! The owner always goes to look into it and never calls you back. Included some pictures for how they looked when they were delivered and then after they did there touch ups. There is no amount of money this place is worth dealing with.

At first I was happy with the way my countertops looked. But when I went to install the vanities I realized the measurements were all wrong. The salesman was in such a hurry. Instead of waiting to take actual measurements of the vanities he went by the cabinet maker that had dementia by this time and one of the vanities would not fit properly. I paid for a sink and countertop that I could not use. In the kitchen the cutout for my range was all wrong because I have a slide in and the made it for a regular standing range. The ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Initially, we were very happy with Shane our salesman. He helped us pick out granite that worked well. The problem came with the installation. The two installers did a terrible job installing the granite and chipped the top of the backsplash and then filled it in. They never bothered telling us. They also did not round out the edges of the center piece of granite that was the lower piece for a makeup mirror, so it did not match the other pieces of marble. What a bunch of hacks. If it was possible I would give a no star rating. I ordered a simple two basin master vanity top for a bathroom remodel and it could not have gone worse. First the crew arrived and while trying to back up the driveway drove all over my rain soaked yard. Next they brought the granite top into the house, laid it on top of the vanity and told me the sinks wouldn't fit because the sink holes were cut in the wrong place. Paradise Granite & Marble fabricated and installed the new Santa Cecilia granite in our kitchen, in early 2015. They were very professional, did an amazing job, and cleaned up everything. Deadlines were always met and any issues that arose were immediately resolved. Their prices are reasonable and the workmanship is high quality. Also their showroom has some amazing stones and great ideas for kitchens and bathrooms. Any color you want, they'll have it. I certainly would recommend Paradise Granite & Marble to anyone who asks.

Their crew arrived promptly for the appointment to measure and again to install. From my first visit to the final installation, I felt like I was top priority. Excellent and very efficient service. This company offers so many options to choose from: framed & frameless cabinets, multiple wood species & finishes. We purchased cabinets for my entire house from them, and couldn't be more satisfied with the quality. Their staff is helpful and will walk you through whatever questions you may have and make sure you understand them. I had service scheduled with Paradise granite that had some kinks in the road. However, they did reach out to fix the problems that arose. With this I am satisfied for them resolving any issues. The work overall experience was satisfactory and I love my counter tops. It makes the room look amazing. Also to add there prices are affordable and they are easy to work with.

The Paradise Granite & Marble is all of above. Ross is extraordinary to work with. He is friendly, proficient and knowledgeable on all the items they represent. Pricing is competitive and their turn around time is incredible.
