I don't have enough words to say how awful my experience with this company was. My car got scratches during shipment, and they refused to take any responsibility. I feel the process to file the claim lacked courtesy, transparency, and honesty. It is my belief that from the time I reported the damages they had no intention of paying a legitimate claim.
